Job Description

Job Summary

The Data & Reporting Executive will be responsible for managing data entry, creating reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with MIS documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and possess excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain database records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel and Word.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to the management team.
Create documents, letters, and structured reports as required.
Maintain confidential employee/student/customer records.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports.
Support administrative tasks and documentation work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field (preferably Computer/Commerce background).
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas) and MS Word.
Strong typing skills and data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
