About Us

We are an Australian e-commerce company specialising in custom printed and embroidered uniforms and apparel. Our operations run across Australia and India, supplying high-quality branded clothing for businesses, trades, and events. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain product, order, and customer data across our e-commerce platforms.
• Work in Google Sheets and Google Docs to organise information, track updates, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with daily order processing, coordinating with production and customer service teams.
• Check and update product listings, prices, and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
• Identify inconsistencies or errors in data and correct them promptly.
• Follow internal workflows and maintain proper documentation for each task.
• Support basic administrative and data-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, especially with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and other data entry tools.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and basic communication).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large amounts of data.
• Fast learner who is organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, apparel, or administrative roles is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high consistency.
