Job Description

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining all product, pricing, and inventory data within the hypermarket’s management system. This role ensures that all data is current, accurate, and supports smooth operations across departments such as purchasing, sales, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update product details, barcodes, and pricing in the POS and inventory systems.
Maintain daily sales, stock, and purchase records accurately.
Verify and cross-check data received from departments such as purchasing, receiving, and sales.
Ensure timely updates of promotions, discounts, and new product listings.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in stock audits and data verification processes.
Coordinate with the purchasing and accounts teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all store data.
Perform regular data backups to ensure information security.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry,
