Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and update information in our CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across our business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and product records with up-to-date information.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Support system upgrades and data migration activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,300.70 - ₹21,000.00 per month
