Key Responsibilities

Data Input:Transferring raw data from physical documents, electronic forms, or verbal communication into digital systems or databases.
Data Verification:Checking the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of entered data against source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
Data Maintenance:Updating existing records, correcting errors, and organizing digital files for easy access and retrieval.
Report Generation:Creating reports or retrieving specific data from databases as requested by other departments or management.
File Management:Organizing and maintaining data files to ensure effective record-keeping and to avoid duplication.
