Data Engineering Architect

In this role as a senior member of the Engineering team in Pune, you will leverage advanced data technologies to drive business outcomes in the media and advertising sector. Your primary focus will be on scalability and performance optimization, collaborating across teams to implement comprehensive data strategies and ensure robust, secure data management. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement an overall data strategy based on business requirements, including data model designs, database development standards, and management of data warehouses and analytics systems. - Identify internal and external data sources and define a plan for data management in alignment with the business data strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system. - Manage end-to-end data architecture, from platform selection to technical architecture design, application development, testing, and implementation. - Plan and execute big data solutions using technologies such as Big Query, Big Data, Hadoop, and Snowflake. - Integrate technical functionality to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security. Qualification Required: - Good experience in tech stack including Big Query, Big Data, Hadoop, and Snowflake. - Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, and Go. - Hands-on experience in defining and implementing various Machine Learning models for different business needs. - Experience in handling performance and data scalability problems. - Knowledge in the Advertising Domain and experience working with data sets such as Campaign Performance, Ad Performance, Attribution, and Audience Data.
