Job Description

Notice : Immediate - 15 Days Serving.

Locations : Ban/Pune/Mum/Gur/Kol

Understanding of oncology workflows:
Familiarity with cancer care pathways, staging, treatment regimens, and clinical documentation.
Knowledge of oncology-specific data standards:
Experience with mCODE (Minimal Common Oncology Data Elements), which is built on FHIR and widely adopted for oncology data exchange.
Awareness of relevant terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-O).
Clinical data modeling:
Ability to map oncology data elements to FHIR resources and profiles.
Work extensively with FHIR standards, integrating and transforming healthcare data to meet interoperability requirements. Deep experience with FHIR resources and mapping a must
Map and normalize incoming data to ensure consistency and completeness.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring scalability, data quality, reliability, and efficiency in a healthcare environment.
Proficiency in ETL processes, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
Identifying and resolving data-related issues, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Ensure robust error handling and logging for auditing and troubleshooting
Strong experience with SQL, Python, JSON, Rest API and others
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architectures a plus
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and healthcare professionals, to understand and implement project requirements.
Familiarity with healthcare-specific datasets, such as EHR/EMR systems
Knowledge of HL7 standards for data interoperability - a plus
Experience with APIs for healthcare data exchange - a plus
Exposure to machine learning and analytics in healthcare setting - a plus
