We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our business operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data ingestion strategies from various sources.
• Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transform raw data into usable formats.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
• Implement data governance policies and standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent role.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python,or Scala.
• Experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
