About the Role:

Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain
robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines
for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets.
Build and manage
data infrastructure
and
data models
to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases.
Implement
ETL/ELT processes
to ensure high-quality, reliable, and consistent data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure proper data integration from various sources.
Optimize data systems for
performance, reliability, and scalability
.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems
, or a related field.
3+ years
of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
and experience with
relational and NoSQL databases
(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with
data pipeline tools
and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi, dbt, NiFi).
Hands-on experience with
big data technologies
(e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as
Python, Java, or Scala
.
Experience with
cloud data platforms
(e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
Understanding of
data warehousing concepts
,
ETL/ELT design
, and
data modeling
(e.g., Star/Snowflake schemas).
