Data Engineer

You are a Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience, specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). Joining Sundew, a digital transformation company, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines, workflows, and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing LLM models utilizing cutting-edge techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and implementing content extraction methods to enhance response accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will address challenges in LLM development and deployment, staying abreast of NLP and ML research advancements. Providing technical guidance to junior members, you will document best practices, automate tasks with RPA solutions, and collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate data requirements into technical solutions. Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data workflows will be key for scalability and reliability. Prior experience with RPA tools, Python programming, NLP fundamentals, and machine learning principles is essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing LLM models with a focus on RAG. Proficiency in Python programming, RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and knowledge of libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, certification in RPA or AI/ML technologies, contributions to open-source projects, and knowledge of big data technologies.
