Data Engineer IV - IN (Databricks)

The Data Engineer is responsible for managing and operating a variety of tools including Tableau, Tableau bridge server, Databricks, Dbt, SSRS, SSIS, AWS DWS, AWS APP Flow, and PowerBI. You will collaborate closely with customers and team members to oversee the cloud data platform effectively. You will provide Level 3 operational coverage by troubleshooting incidents/problems, managing knowledge, ensuring governance, leading communication with customers, handling change and request management, and conducting incident and problem management along with root cause analysis. You will be required to identify preventive measures and recommendations for enhancements as needed. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with the tools mentioned above, ability to read and write SQL and stored procedures, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively sharing technical information and ideas with others. You should also be able to work collaboratively in small groups while promoting inclusiveness. This role demands extensive problem-solving skills, the ability to research issues, determine root causes, and implement resolutions. You will need to prioritize issues and handle multitasking efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field along with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing AWS, Tableau, and Databricks solutions is required.
