We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and help us build robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that power our business decisions.

Skills and Technologies used

1. Cloud platform: AWS
1. AWS: Athena, AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, EC2, EBS, CloudWatch, VPC, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM,  SQS, SNS, Step Functions, Quick Sight.
2. Programming languages: Python, JAVA, PySpark, SQL
3. ETL tool: Talend, Airflow or any other

Responsibilities

• Perform data engineering activities that include data modelling, analysis, cleansing, processing, extraction and visualization
• Build batch or near real time ETL data pipelines using Talend, AWS Glue, Lambda, SQS.
• Write ETL scripts using Python/Pyspark and SQL. Also, use AWS SDK for Python (Boto3)
• Perform SQL query optimizations.
• Build batch ETL data pipeline using Talend.
• Create workflows using Talend, Step Functions.
