Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Perform analytical and testing work on marketing data to generate meaningful insights.
Understand existing marketing datasets and processes to provide strong analytical support.
Apply solid knowledge of marketing concepts and key performance metrics such as KPIs, CTR, CPC, bids, ROAS, etc.
Conduct experimentation and A/B testing on marketing data, with hands-on experience in the marketing domain.
Interpret existing data science models and enhance or support these models as new requirements arise.
Lead and mentor a small analytics team, providing guidance on technical tasks, prioritization, and best practices.
Coordinate workloads, review team deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality output across projects.
Foster a collaborative environment and support team members in skill development and problem-solving.
