Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and automate data pipelines and ML workflows that support AI-driven analytics and predictive insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and real time data streaming platforms, enabling seamless integration of AI models with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and model integration.

• Build and manage real-time data streaming using Kafka to support analytical and AI workflows.

• Collaborate with AI/ML and backend teams to integrate models into production systems and APIs.

• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare high quality datasets.

• Support predictive analytics dashboards by providing processed data and model outputs.

• Optimize ML workflows for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipeline reliability and data integrity.

• Document workflows, standards, and best practices for data processing and ML integration.

Additional Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Experience with Flask/FastAPI for model deployment and integration. • Knowledge of PostgreSQL for structured data storage and Superset for visualization.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage for coordination with field and backend teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (mandatory).
