Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Analyst

As a Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data using Structured Query Language (SQL). Here is what you would be responsible for: - Draft, review, and negotiate supplier/buyside agreements and related documentation with Accenture suppliers for procuring various goods and services. - Customize existing templates to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with local laws and Accenture's contracting standards. - Review supplier templates to identify deviations from Accenture's standards that could pose risks to operations. - Participate in negotiations with suppliers, third parties, subcontractors, etc., to agree on contractual terms in line with standards and stakeholder requirements. - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as deal teams, Solution Architects, Procurement, HR, Finance, etc., and external parties like suppliers and external counsel to address contractual risks. - Advise the business on potential contractual risks and conduct gap analysis to flag risks and non-negotiable clauses. - Provide recommendations to sensitize stakeholders on risks and minimize them effectively. - Structure legal transactions for maximum advantage from a contracting and business perspective and escalate as needed.
