Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Analyst

As a Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier agreements and related documentation to procure various goods and services including Contactors, Human Resources Support, IT & Telecom, Marketing & Communications, Workplace Support (Facilities & Services), Software as a Service, etc. You will ensure compliance with Accenture's suppliers contracting standards, applicable laws, and business requirements. In exceptional cases, you will customize existing templates to suit business requirements. Your role will involve reviewing supplier templates to identify deviations from Accenture's suppliers contracting standards that pose risks to Accenture operations. You will participate in negotiations, representing the company's interests and negotiating contractual terms with suppliers, third parties, subcontractors, etc., in accordance with Accenture's suppliers contracting standards and stakeholder requirements. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as deal teams, Solution Architects, Procurement, HR, Workplace, Finance, Marketing & Communications, and external parties like suppliers and external counsel will be essential to ensure contractual risks are identified and addressed in compliance with Accenture's policies and standards. Furthermore, you will work closely with stakeholders to help them understand contractual clauses, advise the business from a legal perspective on potential contractual risks, conduct gap analysis, create legal risk assessments, and provide recommendations to sensitize stakeholders on risks associated with services and how to minimize or mitigate these risks effectively. You will also structure legal transactions to be advantageous from a contracting and business perspective and escalate complex matters to subject matter experts or leadership. In this role, your qualifications should include a BE/BTech degree, along with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, agility for quick learning, adaptability, commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and a data & AI domain-specific language for programming will be key skills required for this position.
