You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual seeking an opportunity as a Data Editing & Multitasking Intern with our on-site team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in data editing, research, and content management, as well as the chance to collaborate closely with professionals. To excel in this role, you should be well-organized, efficient at managing multiple tasks, and proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit, proofread, and polish Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. - Conduct factual research to ensure data accuracy and content reliability. - Collaborate with the design team to include visuals, charts, and infographics. - Work with subject experts to align content with project goals. - Reformat and adapt content for different purposes while maintaining quality standards. - Handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. - Carry out competitive research to track industry trends and gather valuable insights. - Assist in creating strategies based on competitor analysis. - Support campaign performance analysis and suggest areas for improvement. - Participate in structured onboarding and skill-development sessions. **Qualifications:** - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Commerce (preferred) or a related field. - Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. - Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail. - Proficient in English grammar, formatting, and proofreading. - Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. - Dedicated to maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks.
