Think Design Collaborative is seeking a Data Design Specialist to oversee the successful execution and delivery of top-notch Data Design projects. As a Data Design Specialist, you will utilize your expertise in data modeling, dashboard development, and business requirements gathering to drive impactful outcomes. Responsibilities: - Analyze and format data effectively to craft compelling stories and generate reports using data visualization and infographics. - Address data visualization challenges by creating a diverse range of visual formats including infographics, charts, diagrams, and maps. - Engage in project meetings to identify suitable data visualization strategies that align with project needs. - Collaborate with the communications team to ensure alignment with branding requirements and design standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a HCI-related design field (UI, UX, Product Design, Graphic Design, or similar). - 3 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design roles, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in data visualization, information design, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, with practical experience in implementing designs using these tools. - Advanced skills in Adobe Cloud software and a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel. Additional Competencies: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, think creatively to solve problems, and deliver under tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrated leadership qualities, adaptability, and integrity. - A robust portfolio showcasing various samples encompassing user journeys, UI/UX design, infographics, dashboards, and reports.
