Data Control Executive (Indexing staff)

Job Summary
We are looking for smart and efficient candidates for the vacancy of Data Control Executives for our Kochi Campus.This an entry level job, open to freshers and those with 1-2 years experience. The primary profile of the job is for quick management and control of critical data of our clients as part of project implementation.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in updating and maintaining complex data in systems within project timelines and per project plans.Ensure each project scanned data in its proper format and manage the data,Indexing each data according to its record format and ensuring all data being captured within its allocated format.Identify Index terms/Key terms related to the document captured using a set of pre-defined terms.Auditing data and ensuring data integrity and control.

Required Experience and Qualifications
This is open to anyone who can read English documents, understand the basic details of the data and with typing speed 40wpm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
