Skills Design, deployment, and management of SAN storage solutions within a data center. Monitoring and optimization of storage performance and capacity. Implementation and maintainance of data protection strategies, including backup and disaster recovery. Troubleshooting and resolution of storage-related issues. Collaboration with other IT teams to integrate storage solutions with existing infrastructure. Development and enforcement of storage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Development and maintainance of comprehensive documentation for storage configurations and processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAN storage management within a data center environment. Strong understanding of storage technologies (e.g., Fibre Channel, iSCSI). Experience with storage management software and tools. Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Additional skills Certifications such as Certified Storage Networking Expert (CSNE) or equivalent. Experience with virtualization and cloud storage solutions.
