Data Business Analyst

As a member of the Credit Analytics team in GDIA, you will be responsible for performing the implementation, testing, and deployment of predictive models and strategies. Additionally, as a member of the Solutions deployment team, your main duties will include analyzing, implementing, testing, and deploying predictive models and risk strategies on a global scale using various platforms. Collaboration with business partners, Analytics, IT teams, and Vendors to productionalize predictive models and Strategies will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be expected to generate viable ideas and develop POCs for testing efficiencies, as well as contribute to the upgrade of deployment platforms. Ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and programming tasks as requested by Business customers will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will proactively work towards continuously improving the business analytics delivery process and play roles of data and technology consultant. Working with International teams will be an added advantage in this role. Requirements for this position include a Master's degree in IT or Analytics, along with 2-3 years of programming experience, preferably in languages such as SAS, GCP, Java, C, C++, SQL, COBOL/JCL, and JavaScript in both procedural and object-oriented paradigms. Familiarity with Agile processes, experience with RDBMS and data warehousing (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, DB2), and working knowledge of IT testing processes and environments are also essential. Experience with MS Office products, excellent interpersonal skills, strong and open communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision are required. You should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and become productive in new technologies, work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and maintain a proactive attitude. A strong desire to help the company be more efficient, build solutions that enhance team productivity, and increase quality confidence is crucial for success in this role.,
