Job Description

Enterprise Data Architecture
: Architect scalable analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, and modern tools, incorporating data virtualization, ETL, and semantic layers to minimize data duplication and maximize performance.
Hands-on Development & Planning
: Participate in development planning, prototypes, and pilots, while translating architectural goals into executable features and providing robust documentation and standards.
ETL & Data Integration
: Lead design and optimization of CDC pipelines and data warehouses; ensure efficient ingestion and transformation of data from diverse enterprise systems.
Data Modeling & Reporting
: Design robust analytical and operational data models and processing layers, and develop Power BI solutions using DAX and Power Query.
Governance & Compliance
: Implement best practices in data mastering, security, governance, and compliance within cloud platforms like AWS, including integration with enterprise systems.
Strategic Leadership
: Provide thought leadership and mentoring on data architecture and analytics, aligning solutions with business goals and ensuring high-performance, scalable architectures.
Stakeholder Collaboration
: Engage cross-functional teams including data engineering, business intelligence, and IT to gather requirements and drive architectural alignment.
Technology Enablement
: Drive adoption of modern technologies and methodologies and continually evaluate innovations to enhance platform performance and solution agility.
Certifications & Tools
: Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, SAFe Agile Practitioner, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and Databricks Certified Professional. Strong tools experience includes Databricks, AWS, SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects.
Soft Skills & Leadership
: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a high degree of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work across global virtual teams in a fast-paced environment.
