We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.
Work across the Microsoft Azure stack: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database, Key Vault, MS Fabric, DevOps, VNets.
Design data models aligned with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
Create and manage star/snowflake schemas, partitioning strategies, and scalable data flows.
Develop optimized SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, transformations, performance tuning).
Collaborate with BI teams using Power BI / Tableau for reporting solutions.
Oversee environment setup, deployment strategies, and capacity planning.
Ensure optimal use of cloud resources to balance performance and cost.
Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
8+ years in Data Warehouse / Data Lake programming.
At least 2 end-to-end project implementations (1 on Azure mandatory).
Strong technical expertise in Azure ecosystem and SQL.
Preferred:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
