Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions. Work across the Microsoft Azure stack: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database, Key Vault, MS Fabric, DevOps, VNets. Design data models aligned with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers). Create and manage star/snowflake schemas, partitioning strategies, and scalable data flows. Develop optimized SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, transformations, performance tuning). Collaborate with BI teams using Power BI / Tableau for reporting solutions. Oversee environment setup, deployment strategies, and capacity planning. Ensure optimal use of cloud resources to balance performance and cost. Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years in Data Warehouse / Data Lake programming. At least 2 end-to-end project implementations (1 on Azure mandatory). Strong technical expertise in Azure ecosystem and SQL. Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
