Data Architect (Financial Crime), Director

As a Data Architect (Financial Crime), your role involves defining business and application architectures for complex enterprises. You will be responsible for ensuring that the current architecture aligns with the long-term enterprise strategy. In addition, you will provide advisory support, embed governance, and promote effective data modeling and metadata management. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the current, resultant, and target state data architecture for your assigned scope. - Advise domain and project teams to ensure alignment with data architecture standards and principles. - Translate architecture roadmaps into packages of work for incremental delivery of value. - Collaborate with data management SMEs and data stewards to ensure metadata management aligns with the enterprise data model. - Conduct data design reviews to ensure solutions meet data standards and target data architectures. - Utilize continuous feedback to drive collaboration around a common technical vision. Qualifications Required: - Expert knowledge of application architecture and at least one business, data, or infrastructure architecture. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team. - Collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in developing and communicating architectures, designs, and proposals. - Understanding of industry architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate. - Experience in data modeling methodologies and knowledge of data-related regulations. - Experience working with business solution vendors and technology products. - Background in systems development life cycles and best practices. - Knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.,
