Data and Insights Manager

As a Data and Insights Analyst/Lead, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the back-end development team to drive the business forward by owning the data solution and service. Your responsibilities will include understanding business needs, producing insightful metrics and dashboards from collected data, and managing a repository on Apache Cloudstack. Your work will contribute to creating actionable insights from community needs and supporting the connection of people to healthcare services. The position is a full-time contract based in Mumbai, India, starting in June 2025. You will report to the Head of Group Ops and take responsibility for all information services within the organization. Key tasks include creating and managing report dashboards, translating business requirements into actionable reports, generating insights and recommendations based on data, and collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless data integration. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst (6-8 years for Lead position), strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to work with large amounts of information. While experience in pharma or healthcare is a plus, knowledge of healthcare is not essential. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering health for all. Additionally, having your own reliable device and internet connection suitable for work is necessary for this role.,
