Data and Analytics Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining and developing Enterprise Data Structure along with Data Warehouse, Master Data, Integration, and transaction processing with a focus on maintaining and strengthening the modeling standards and business information. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leadership to provide strategic recommendations for maximizing the value of data assets and protecting the organization from disruptions while embracing innovation - Assess benefits and risks of data using tools like business capability models to visualize the most crucial data for the organization based on the defined business strategy - Create data strategy and road maps for Reference Data Architecture as required by clients - Engage stakeholders to implement data governance models and ensure compliance with Data Modelling standards - Oversee frameworks to manage data across the organization - Collaborate with vendors to ensure integrity and system configuration - Develop high-level data migration plans to transition data from source to target systems - Collect, aggregate, match, consolidate, quality-assure, persist, and distribute data throughout the organization for consistency and accuracy - Provide solutions for RFPs from clients and ensure implementation assurance - Build enterprise technology environment for data architecture management - Develop, maintain, and implement standard patterns for data layers, data stores, and data management processes - Implement best security practices across all databases - Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks - Build and maintain relationships with delivery and practice leadership teams - Define database physical structure, functional capabilities, security, backup, and recovery specifications - Monitor system capabilities and performance, integrate new solutions, and troubleshoot errors - Identify technical, process, structural risks, and prepare risk mitigation plans - Ensure quality assurance of architecture or design decisions and provide technical support to delivery teams - Recommend tools for reuse and automation for improved productivity - Support pre-sales team in presenting solution design to clients and negotiating requirements Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management processes - Knowledge of data governance, data migration, and data integration - Experience in database architectures, design patterns, and relational data modeling - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (Note: Additional details of the company were not found in the provided job description),
