Job Description

- Deliver high-level technical training sessions in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics with clarity and industry relevance

- Evaluate learner proficiency to identify skill gaps and areas for advanced development

- Promote learner engagement through interactive and application-based learning techniques

- Monitor learner progress through assessments, practical exercises, and project reviews

- Gather and integrate participant feedback to continuously improve training delivery and content

- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics

- Continuously enhance personal technical and instructional skills through research, certifications, and practice
Data Management

- Maintain training records, assessment results, and learner feedback

- Track skill progression of each participant through structured formats

- Report training effectiveness and recommend improvements periodically
Skills Required

- Strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics tools and concepts

- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), and AI frameworks

- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and learner-centric
Qualification

- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics preferred

- Experience in a similar training or instructional role highly desirable
