Data Analytics & Reporting - Qlik & Oracle - VP

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for: - Building user-centric business intelligence dashboards in Qlik Sense to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. - Creating Qlik Sense extractor and transformer scripts to handle complex ETL tasks, including Set Analysis, Section Access, and Mashups. - Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources using tools like Pentaho. - Designing and modeling databases with strong PLSQL/SQL skills, working with RDBMS like Oracle and MS SQL Server. - Utilizing Qlik Sense Visualization Extensions, Mashups, APIs, and Web Integration to enhance dashboard functionality. - Developing custom Qlik Sense extensions and visualizations using JavaScript. - Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Applying a strong commercial mindset to identify business priorities and leverage data for strategic outcomes. - Demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced, agile environments. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or business intelligence development. - 7+ years of hands-on development experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense. - 7+ years of experience with PLSQL/SQL (Oracle or MS SQL) and data modeling. - 5+ years of ETL experience using tools like Pentaho. - Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud deployment. - Ability to manage identity and access controls in Qlik environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred qualifications and skills for this position include: - Qlik Sense/QlikView Certification. - Experience with Tableau or other BI tools. - Masters or certifications in Qlik, cloud, or risk management. - Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools. - Strong commercial mindset and ability to align technology solutions with business goals.,
