You will be responsible for applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results, breaking down information in a systematic and communicable manner. You will utilize developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. It is essential to demonstrate attention to quality and timeliness of service to ensure the effectiveness of the team and group. Additionally, providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members will be part of your role. You must appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, with particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. As a qualified candidate, you must have experience with data management processes, tools, and applications, including data cataloging, process mapping, and lineage toolsets. Knowledge of tools for statistical modeling of large data sets is required, along with the ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques. Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in data profiling and writing SQL queries is preferred. A Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
