Data Analyst/Pricing Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and pricing data to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
• Utilize advanced data science techniques to forecast market behavior and pricing outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing optimization initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
• Provide coding support and data analysis to enhance pricing models and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and pricing science.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, pricing strategy, or a related role.
• Strong coding experience, particularly in Python and SQL.
• Proven expertise in data science methodologies and market pricing analysis.
• Experience with pricing optimization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and their application in pricing strategies.
• Proficient in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

This position operates on a rotating schedule and requires on-site work in Hyderabad.
