Data Analyst/BI Developer - ETL/Data Modeling

As a Business Intelligence & Visualization professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. It will be your duty to ensure that these dashboards are optimized for usability, performance, and scalability. Your role will also involve Data Engineering & ETL tasks, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources. You will need to design and implement data models, schemas, and database structures to support reporting and analytics. Additionally, performing data integration across heterogeneous systems for accuracy and efficiency will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. For Process Automation, you will develop and manage Power Apps solutions to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and enhance productivity. Integrating Power Apps with existing BI and data platforms will be essential for seamless data-driven operations. As part of Data Governance & Quality, you will be required to perform data validation, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high data accuracy and integrity. Establishing best practices for data governance, metadata management, and data security compliance will also fall under your purview. In terms of Collaboration & Stakeholder Management, you will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business problems into scalable BI solutions. Providing training and technical support to end-users for self-service analytics adoption will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve staying updated with emerging technologies in data analytics, AI/GenAI, and cloud-based BI tools. You will need to proactively recommend enhancements and innovative solutions for data-driven operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related discipline. Experience: - 7+ years of proven experience in Tableau development (interactive dashboards, advanced calculations, performance tuning). - 5+ years of expertise in MS SQL Server and relational database design. - 2+ years of experience with Power Apps for workflow automation and custom application development. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in ETL processes, SQL optimization, and database management. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for BI deployments is preferred. - Familiarity with GenAI/AI-powered analytics tools will be an added advantage. - Experience with other BI and data tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R for analytics) is a plus. Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.,
