We are seeking freshers for the position of Business Analytics Reporting / ETL developer in our organization. As part of this role, you will be involved in end-to-end BI projects encompassing data consolidation, data modeling, reporting, and visualization development. Following a 4-month training period, you will have the opportunity to explore various responsibilities, including client interaction and supporting leads in meeting client needs. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance in data analytics and BI deployments, documenting specifications, performing data validation and quality checks, developing scripts for extraction, transformation, and loading, conducting testing and validation against requirements and source data, designing and developing dashboards, as well as publishing and scheduling business and operational reports. To excel in this role, you must be committed to remaining with the company for at least 2 years post the training period. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is essential, along with strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is desirable. Additionally, possessing good interpersonal skills to foster successful client relationships, especially with clients in remote locations, is crucial. Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines consistently, and a proactive attitude towards tasks are valued qualities.
