Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets related to GIS content moderation, including volume, accuracy, error rates, and team performance. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Create ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed to support decision-making and problem-solving. 2. Data Quality and Integrity: Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets. Develop and implement data validation processes to identify and correct errors. Collaborate with data collection and moderation teams to improve data capture and handling practices. 3. Analytical Tool Development: Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support GIS content moderation activities. Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Explore and implement new analytical techniques and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities. 4. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact. Contribute to the development of best practices for data analysis and reporting in GIS content moderation. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, operations leads, and technical teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings. Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
