Data Analyst- MIS and Tableau specialist

You will be part of Citi's Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team which was established in 2003 across multiple cities in India. Your role will involve: - MIS reporting and visualization: - Creating insightful reports using Tableau as per project objectives - Developing efficient logic, testing, and executing the project - Adapting to changes in requirements in a highly agile environment - Data Transformation: - Manipulating, aggregating, and transforming data from multiple sources - Utilizing Gen AI tools for enhanced productivity - Sharing of results: - Generating relevant insights and assisting in creating leadership presentation decks - Synthesizing analysis results quickly - Domain Knowledge: - Developing an understanding of the domain/business and building expertise - Documenting details and creating standardized use cases for FAQs and process documents - Other Responsibilities: - Handling various data activities including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, and data quality management - Performing routine operational or administrative tasks - Delivering routine outputs daily while developing a broader understanding of the work context - Assessing risks in business decisions and ensuring compliance with regulations Qualifications required: - Bachelors or Master's degree with ~ 2 years of experience in data and visual analytics in Banking/Financial services support projects - Extensive hands-on experience in Tableau including Tableau server - Proficiency in preparing wireframes and dashboard designs - Proficient in SQL and querying data from databases - Experience working with cloud-based and large datasets, data warehouses, and data querying/transformation - Preferred skills in Python, Hive, Impala, DataIKU, Palantir - Experience in Cloud data platforms and BFSI sector with industry knowledge This job description gives you an overview of the work you will be performing with the AIM team at Citi.
