Data Analyst, Lead

In the Global Products Group, you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in designing and engineering Lam's etch and deposition products. The group drives innovation to ensure that cutting-edge solutions contribute to solving significant challenges in the semiconductor industry. As an Operations Business Analyst at Lam, you will lead process improvement initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging your data expertise to collect and analyze data using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools and applications. You will develop metrics, identify root causes through data-driven indicators, and drive future improvements. By organizing cross-functional project teams, you will communicate progress and share best practices, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence within Lam. To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with no experience, or equivalent work experience.
