Key Responsibilities:

Excel & Automation:
Build automated reports, dashboards, and tools using VBA/Macros.
Business Costing:
Prepare & analyze cost sheets, budgets, and expense tracking.
PMS:
Manage end-to-end appraisal cycles (goal setting to final review).
Reporting:
Deliver accurate HR MIS and analytics.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
15 years’ experience in Excel automation, Payroll, and PMS.
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
Immediate joiners preferred.
