Data Analyst II

As a Data Analyst at TechnipFMC in Hyderabad, IN, you will play a crucial lead role in managing and optimizing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will have the opportunity to lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards, providing strategic direction for data visualization and business intelligence initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards - Providing strategic direction for data visualization and business intelligence initiatives - Interfacing with Business Owner, Project Manager, Planning Manager, Resource Managers, etc. - Developing a roadmap for the execution of complex data analytics projects - Developing complex data models, establishing relationships, and ensuring data integrity - Performing advanced data analysis using DAX and other analytical tools to derive insights - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality BI solutions - Optimizing solutions for performance and efficiency - Mentoring and guiding junior developers in Power BI development - Implementing and maintaining data security measures To excel in this role, you should have: - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Experience in working with unstructured data and data integration - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, data modeling, and exposure to data engineering - Hands-on experience with Snowflake - 7-8 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a focus on Power BI - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead and collaborate with global cross-functional teams TechnipFMC is committed to driving real change in the energy industry and values diversity, inclusion, and authenticity in its workforce.
