About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who is enthusiastic about converting raw data into clear and valuable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will have a significant role in influencing data-driven decision-making across various teams by utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. What You'll Do: - Dive into datasets deeply to identify trends, correlations, and potential opportunities. - Craft efficient SQL queries to extract well-organized and meaningful data. - Utilize Python for automation, data manipulation, and predictive insights. - Develop visually appealing and actionable dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. - Present intricate insights in a straightforward, visual manner that stakeholders can act upon. - Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams ranging from technology to business to facilitate informed decision-making. What You Bring: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of joins, CTEs, subqueries, and related concepts. - Strong Python abilities for data cleansing, scripting, and automation. - Expertise in dashboard creation using Power BI and/or Tableau. - Advanced skills in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and more. - Possess an analytical mindset coupled with the ability to craft compelling narratives. - Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities. Bonus Points For: - Prior experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP. - Familiarity with DAX or Power Query. - Exposure to statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
