Python Code Architect

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Python Code Architect – a visionary developer who can not only write beautiful Python code but also design clean, scalable, and future-ready architectures. If you're passionate about building high-impact systems and love turning business needs into elegant code blueprints, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build Python-based solutions that are scalable, modular, and elegant
• Lead and mentor development teams on coding best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and QA to shape full-cycle solutions
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Drive the development of APIs, microservices, and backend systems
• Review code and perform system optimization for performance and reliability
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovation into the stack

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience designing and deploying scalable RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency in database design (SQL & NoSQL), ORMs, and schema optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
• Bonus: Exposure to microservices architecture, event-driven design, or asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, etc.)
