Data Analyst, Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA)

As part of the Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA) team, you are at the forefront of innovation within Salesforce. You partner with internal product, business technology, sales, and revenue teams to deliver cutting-edge tools and platforms for Salesforce employees. The organization is agent-first, utilizing technology to augment the workforce with autonomous agents. The team works deeply within the Salesforce platform to ensure being Customer Zero, maximizing the platform by rapidly launching new features to the employee base as they are released. Joining this team as a Data Analyst, you will thrive on the direct impact your work has on thousands of Salesforce employees as they contribute to customer success. The role primarily involves measuring the impact of GBGA initiatives on the broader Salesforce business. Providing data-driven decision support to partner stakeholders ensures a focus on the most impactful areas for development. Monitoring the adoption of deployed functionality and offering real-time support to business and change enablement teams are crucial for successful project rollouts. The team also offers visibility to top leaders regarding the initiatives" impact on the business, collaborating with them to define, benchmark, and visualize key process and outcome measures for their teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and manage multi-source dashboards that generate actionable insights catering to stakeholders" various needs. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate objectives into clear, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards supporting strategic decision-making. - Translate complex datasets into engaging stories to communicate key insights to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds. - Ensure visualizations adhere to best practices for data accuracy, user experience, and performance. - Stay updated on the latest trends in analytics tools and techniques, applying them to demonstrate business value effectively. Desired Skills And Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or data analytics/visualization roles. - Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and familiarity with different dashboard types. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of SQL for querying and data preparation. - Ability to adapt to the working style of cross-functional and global stakeholders in an ever-evolving environment, effectively communicating to drive projects forward. - Active participation in the Tableau community or an established Tableau Public portfolio is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and the lead-to-cash process is a plus.,
