Data Analyst

In your role as a Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will be contributing your skills towards harnessing technology to improve the health and well-being of the community's most vulnerable members. You will be part of a team that focuses on finding innovative solutions to healthcare's biggest challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain complex databases, access methods, validation checks, and security measures to meet client requirements. - Review and edit data requirements and documents according to standards, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and client specifications. - Monitor standards and procedures, suggesting revisions as needed to meet market demands and ensure consistency across databases. - Experience in building analytical dashboards and reporting, with additional experience in the Finance domain being desirable. - Apply data analysis and data modeling techniques to enhance data structures and components" efficiency. - Investigate and resolve technical database matters to ensure client satisfaction. - Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel on data modeling techniques and information system development. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficiency in data administration, database creation techniques, and data warehousing standards. - Familiarity with relevant programming languages, relational databases, and statistical software.
