Utilise your expertise in social media metrics, insights, and performance indicators to extract valuable data-driven insights.

Analyse and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of various content types in alignment with brand sentiment and goals.

  • Competitor Analysis:

Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in their social media performance.

Utilise this intelligence to gain a competitive advantage and elevate our brand's social media presence.

  • Data-Driven Strategy Development:

Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise reports and presentations.

  • Social Media Analytics Tools Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in various social media analytics tools and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, ListenFirst, SocialInsider, and Google Ads.

  • Adaptability and Trend Awareness:

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, promptly adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Influencer Assessment:

Identify relevant influencers in the industry and evaluate their impact on our brand's social media presence.

  • Social Media Listening and Monitoring:

Utilise social media listening tools to monitor and analyse brand mentions and conversations across various platforms.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • Specialised degree in statistics, communications or any other related field.

  • 2-4 years (minimum) experience in a similar role

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Proven experience and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, especially within the social media domain.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms, such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, ListenFirst, SocialInsider, Google Ads, etc.

  • Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.

  • Industry Awareness: Up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices within the entertainment and brand industry.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
