Role & responsibilities Drive and improve CX metrics such as CXNS, NPS, EI, and Escalation TATs Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities in customer experience Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement CX improvement plans Monitor performance, highlight deviations, and ensure timely resolution of issues Prepare and share periodic performance reports with relevant stakeholders Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Strong communication skills verbal and written Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Prior experience in operations or customer experience roles is a plus Note: The role is 1 year contractual role- Full Time Employment (Vendor Payroll). Based on your performance your contract might get extended or also might have the opportunity to get on role.
