Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations in Azure (ADF, ADLS, SQL, AAS, Blob Storage).
Write complex SQL queries, DAX expressions, and stored procedures for data modeling and reporting.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and work closely with QA teams to validate solutions.
Manage stakeholder communication by presenting insights, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of reporting solutions.
Support Agile project delivery including sprints, scrums, and retrospectives.
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation for business users.

Required Skills & Experience

57 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service) – data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals.
Hands-on experience with Azure services – Azure SQL, ADF, ADLS, AAS, Blob Storage.
Excellent knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
Solid experience in UAT support and validation processes.
Strong background in data analysis, data transformation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
