As a Dark Store Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our dark store, managing inventory, and overseeing order fulfillment to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce operations or logistics, preferably within the ecommerce sector.

Skills:

• Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and accuracy of orders.
• Coordinate the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and address any operational issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize order flow and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
