Dance Teacher

As a Dance Teacher at our company, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and teaching various dance classes to students of different ages and skill levels. Your creativity, patience, and ability to inspire students will be essential in helping them develop their dance technique, creativity, and self-expression. Key Responsibilities: - Teach dance classes in styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, classical, or other relevant genres. - Develop and plan class curriculum focusing on technique, performance, and creativity. - Provide individualized instruction and feedback to support student growth. - Organize and supervise rehearsals, performances, and recitals. - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. - Ensure student safety during classes with proper warm-ups and stretching. - Maintain classroom discipline and a focused environment. - Collaborate with instructors, administrators, and staff for program operation. - Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the dance world for lesson incorporation. Qualifications: - Prior experience as a dance teacher or professional dancer. - Proficiency in various dance styles like ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary. - Formal dance training or a degree in dance/performing arts is preferred. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and backgrounds. - CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. - Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. **Work Location:** In person,
