DANCE TEACHER Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct Students: Teach fundamental and advanced dance techniques and choreography across various styles (e.g., ballet, hip-hop, jazz).
- Develop Curriculum: Design and implement engaging dance curricula and structured lesson plans tailored to different student skill levels and goals.
- Choreograph Routines: Create innovative choreography for performances, recitals, or competitions.
- Assess Progress: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and document their development.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere to build student confidence and encourage skill development.
- Organize Performances: Plan, organize, and lead student recitals or showcases to highlight their achievements.
- Ensure Safety: Implement wellness and safety practices, including proper warm-ups and cool-downs, to prevent injuries.
- Communicate: Collaborate with students, parents, or studio owners to create a holistic dance education experience.

DRAMA TEACHER Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Instruction: Design, develop, and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for various drama activities, workshops, and performances.
- Teaching & Mentoring: Instruct students in acting techniques, stage presence, character development, and script analysis, while providing individualized feedback and coaching.
- Production Management: Organize and direct school plays and other theatrical productions, including casting, blocking, set and costume design, and technical coordination.
- Student Development: Foster student creativity, self-expression, confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through dramatic storytelling and theatrical exercises.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback on performances, and prepare timely reports for parents and guardians.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers, faculty, and community partners to develop interdisciplinary projects and cross-curricular activities that connect drama with subjects like literature, history, and music.
- Classroom/Facility Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment, managing classroom materials and equipment and the school's theater facilities.
