Dance and Zumba Instructor

Job Title : Dance Instructor & Dance Fitness Instructor Location : Studio, Residentail communities, Schools, Corporates - Flexible (Must be open to travel) Job Type : Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and energetic Dance & Dance Fitness Instructor to join our team! This role combines teaching dance techniques and dance-based fitness programs, making it ideal for someone who loves both performance and wellness. The ideal candidate must be comfortable traveling to different locations for classes and workshops, enjoy working with children, and create engaging, high-energy sessions that inspire students of all ages to move and groove! Key Responsibilities: - Teach structured dance classes, especially for kids. - Lead dance-based fitness sessions such as Zumba, cardio dance, or other movement-based workouts for adults. - Travel to different locations for classes, workshops, and special events as required. - Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for kids that enhance their coordination, confidence, and creativity. - Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and learning styles. - Provide encouragement, motivation, and constructive feedback to students. - Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions. - Ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive environment in all classes. - Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients. Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience as a dance instructor and/or dance fitness trainer. - Ability and willingness to travel for classes and events. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Enthusiasm and a passion for working with kids. - Certification in dance instruction or dance fitness is a plus. - Ability to plan the curriculum, choreograph routines and customize workouts for different age groups and fitness levels. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
