We are hiring a senior Dairy Technologist (Techno-Commercial Sales) professional with strong technical expertise in dairy ingredients and proven FMCG sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead techno-commercial sales of dairy ingredients to FMCG and processed dairy clients
Manage and grow key accounts across India
Drive new business development and achieve revenue targets
Conduct customer trials, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans
Share market intelligence and sales performance with senior management

Mandatory Requirements:

10+ years of experience in dairy techno-commercial sales (FMCG/Dairy only)
Strong technical knowledge of dairy ingredients & processed dairy applications
Hands-on experience in customer trials and technical support
Good understanding of Indian dairy regulations & standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Kannada language proficiency is important
